I am a New York Licensed and an Israeli Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I serve as the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Mount Sinai Elmhurst Hospital after completing two specialty fellowship programs: a reconstructive microsurgery fellowship specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, and a Lymphedema surgery fellowship program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
I hold a PhD in epidemiology and public health from the Sackler School of Medicine in Israel, which helps me to evaluate novel published treatments and technologies that can benefit my patients. I believe that my medical knowledge directly correlates with the quality of care I provide to my patients, and therefore, in addition to patient care, I am routinely involved in medical research.
I am the author of more than 50 peer reviewed scientific publications, and often present my own work in international plastic surgery conferences. My main research interest is patient reported outcome measurement, a new tool that puts the patient in the center of care.
I care for every patient like she or he is my first degree relative. I am responsible for my patients no matter the outcome, and without an expiration date. My relationship with my patients is built on mutual trust, honesty and setting realistic expectations.

Linda Dahl, MD
After completing a residency in otolaryngology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2003, Dr. Dahl joined a group practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and unconventionally began working with the New York State Athletic Commission as a ringside doctor for professional boxing. When the group practice dissolved, Dr. Dahl founded the Dahl Otolaryngology Center in January 2007 and quickly became popular with performing artists, rising to become one of the top doctors for the Broadway community, opera singers, screen actors, and major recording artists.
Congruently, Dr. Dahl opened Dahlfull Breastfeeding Center, developing a new paradigm in breastfeeding.
To date, she has treated over 25,000 baby/moms/dads.
When the pandemic caused NYC to shut down in March of 2020, Linda put her practice on hold. She began appearing on many national news programs, reporting on the medical side of the pandemic. In August 2020, Dr. Dahl began heading Covid Compliance teams in TV/film productions. She worked with Warner Brothers, Bad Robot, Apple TV, Epix, CBS, wiip A24, and Studio Canal. In 2021, Dr. Dahl founded a Covid testing company, Park Avenue Testing, which provided on-site testing and consultation for TV/movie productions, Broadway, and major venues. In March of 2022, she reopened her practice.
Dr. Dahl has lectured in a myriad of settings from the Screen Actor’s Guild to Actor’s Equity, as well as medical conferences and hospitals. She has written and co-written articles published in scientific journals. In mainstream media, she has been featured in The New York Times, The New York Post, MSNBC, Medium, The Hollywood Reporter, Fox News, and Newsmax. She has also appeared on numerous radio shows and podcasts.
As an author, she has written three books: Clinician's Guide to Breastfeeding, Springer International 2016, Tooth and Nail: The Making of a Female Fight Doctor, Hanover Square Press 2018, and Better Breastfeeding: A Doctor's Guide to Nursing Without Pain and Frustration, Rodale, 2/2022.
She maintains hospital privileges at Weill Cornell Hospital, Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital, and Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital in Manhattan.

Through a career that has spanned two decades and led me to achievements I could never have imagined, my chief ambition is to share what I’ve learned in a way that helps people decipher complex medical ideas by way of cohesive, accessible, information.
I want to take medical information, distill it, and present it in a way that gives people access to their own bodies.
I am driven by empowered healing, not dogmatism.
I am connected to my work with focused, researched facts, accompanied by an often irreverent sense of humor. There is a time and place for everything, and medicine should also be treated as such. Laughter is indeed a wonderful medicine!

Anaïs is a medical student who intends to graduate from the American Medical Program at Tel Aviv University in 2024. She obtained her bachelor's degree in neurobiology and psychology from Boston University. Currently, she is a research fellow in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital before she completes her last year of medical school.
